I rather prefer to value acts.

From my part I can present:

  • Zelenograd’s local movement against incineration (website in Russian),
  • tender system “M350″ (in English, in Russian (original website)),
    I think that a free of charge advise by a suppliers-independent expert from this industry is a best way of purchases in fuzzy markets.
    It may sound difficult but all the words are important:
    Free of charge
    Independent
    From this industry
    I want to make this way a standard of purchases where it is possible.

and some small things:

  • freeaudio – free audiobooks and recordings with reports (also in Russian),
  • palolem.ru – a catalogue of places to live at Palolem beach, Canacona, Goa, India (yes, you’re right – it is also in Russian).
